Echo Land

Cole West Land Company acquired Echo, a 325-acre master-planned community in Erda with 1,260 homes, and has started laying infrastructure along SR-36.

Echo will bring together:
– 210 acres for residential neighborhoods with a mix of homes for first-time, family, and move-up buyers
– 62 acres of commercial nodes and future development
– 53 acres of civic uses and connected parks, trails, and open space

Altogether, the community represents an investment of approximately $600 million at full buildout.
