Colin leaves his previous partnership and starts C.W. Group which serves as the parent company to C.W. Land Co and C.W. Urban. Coiln acquires the assets of Henry Walker Homes in Southern Utah and rebrands it Cole West Home.

C.W. Land Co. puts West Jordan land under contract that will be entitled for over 3,000 residential lots and begins the entitlement of those lots.

This community in Salt Lake City is known as theRUBY. All twelve townhomes sell in one weekend and the thesis that the urban and infill projects are in high demand and under supplied is confirmed. C.W. Urban puts 15 plus land parcels under contract to deliver more "missing middle" housing.

Cole West assumed management of a diverse portfolio of assets that were originally acquired and developed by Colin’s father, Gary Wright, and Wright Development, under Millcreek Partners.

delivering over 80 homes in its ROAM community in Northern Utah, while also achieving major milestones in Southern Utah with the grand openings of SOLIS and TERRA at Coral Canyon in Washington, UT. The company’s expertise extended beyond residential projects, securing its largest construction contract to date with Property Reserve Inc. (PRI) for the Viviano project, a 296-unit rental housing community in Saratoga Springs. These achievements reinforced Cole West’s leadership in both homebuilding and commercial development.
