In partnership with LJC, the six-story project will deliver 252 apartments / 696 beds steps from the TRAX Red Line and one mile from the University of Utah. Strategically located, the site serves as a midpoint between the University of Utah’s existing campus and its planned downtown campus, positioning Chapter SLC as a vital hub for students today and in the years to come.
