theAMELIA has been awarded an allocation of Private Activity Bond (PAB) volume cap to finance the construction of a proposed 144-unit multifamily affordable housing community located at 916 S. 200 W. in Salt Lake City. As Cole West’s first proposed LIHTC-backed community, theAMELIA represents an important milestone in our commitment to expanding long-term housing access across Utah. Working in partnership with Affordable Housing Specialists and Traedmark Enterprises, our latest development will serve households earning up to 60 percent of Area Median Income (AMI) and plans to utilize the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program to deliver high-quality, long-term affordable housing in one of the city’s most transit-accessible neighborhoods.
