In addition to vertical construction, Cole West delivered extensive community amenities including a clubhouse, fitness and co-working spaces, resort-style pool, walking trails, pickleball courts, and outdoor gathering areas. Through disciplined scheduling, trade coordination, and attention to detail, Cole West helped bring to life a cohesive, amenity-rich neighborhood built for comfort, connection, and everyday ease.

theYARD is a transformative residential redevelopment that converted a former industrial fabrication yard into a vibrant, pedestrian-oriented community. The project presented complex challenges, including site remediation, aging underground utilities, tight urban logistics, and coordination with the adjacent Jordan River corridor. Crews worked within a constrained footprint while maintaining neighborhood access, phasing construction carefully to deliver infrastructure, streetscapes, and vertical buildings simultaneously. The design called for a refined mix of brick, metal, and fiber cement materials, requiring precise detailing and sequencing to achieve the intended industrial-modern aesthetic. A signature 50-foot-wide midblock linear park and rear-alley garage system demanded extensive civil coordination and grading to create seamless pedestrian connections.
