The twin and townhomes feature open, gathering-focused layouts, durable modern finishes, and desert-inspired architecture designed to support nightly rental performance. The model home balances elevated comfort with rental-ready functionality, while the clubhouse and amenity spaces serve as a vibrant central hub—connecting the sports pool, lazy river, waterslide, fitness center, and gathering areas into one seamless vacation experience.

At theYARD, the Cole West Architecture & Design team shaped the architectural character and amenity experience of this transformative urban infill community. Drawing inspiration from the site’s industrial past, each three-story townhome building blends brick, metal, and fiber cement with refined detailing to create a cohesive industrial-modern aesthetic. The clubhouse serves as a bold focal point, paired with a thoughtfully designed pool area that brings energy and connection to the heart of the neighborhood. Together, the architecture, amenity spaces, and streetscape establish a distinctive, design-forward community that feels both authentic to Salt Lake City and elevated for modern living.

Proudly built by Martineau Homes, Sage Manor was recognized as a five-time Platinum Award winner at the Northern Wasatch Parade of Homes, earning top honors for Best Craftsmanship, Best Interior Design, Best Kitchen, Best Curb Appeal, and Best in Show.
